Common Questions
How do I access the facility 24/7?
All members receive a key fob when purchasing a membership. The owner will reach out directly to schedule a time for pick-up if the purchase is made online. Use the key fob to gain entry into the building 24/7.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Memberships are a one year commitment and auto renew each year. Membership is billed monthly for your convenience. While you can change plans at any time, a cancellation fee applies if cancelled within the first year of sign-up in the amount of $75. Plans can be up or downgraded with no fee.
Where can I park?
You can park in the parking lot between the apartment complexes. Parking is first come first serve. Street side parking is allowed during permitted town parking hours.
Are there any hidden fees?
Transparency is key. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $45 for individual plans, and $50 for two person plans. Replacement keys are $35 if lost. All credit card transactions incur a 3.5% processing fee. Cash is not accepted.
Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely. You or your guest can purchase a guest pass in person at the front desk kiosk, or online. Be sure to enter the guests information and not your member information. All guests must be 18 years old. No acceptions.
Can my child be present while I workout?
No. Children are not allowed in the facility at any time for any reason, or during tours. The gym is a dangerous place for children, so we prohibit it.
