Our diverse class lineup includes TRX for strength and stability, Core & Pilates for posture and controlled movement, Yoga Sculpt for a powerful blend of yoga and conditioning, Ab Blast for focused core work, Power Aerobics for high-energy cardio, Total Body Strength for balanced muscular training, and Circuit Training for a fast-paced mix of strength and cardio.
